It is popular in countries all over the world. It is traditionally small pieces of boneless chicken baked using skewers, in a clay-based oven called a tandoor, after marinating in spices and yogurt. The word tikka means "bits, pieces". The Punjabi version of the dish, however, is grilled over red-hot coals, and does not always contain boneless pieces. The pieces are brushed with ghee (clarified butter) at intervals, which gives it taste, while being continuously fanned. It is typically eaten with a green coriander and tamarind chutney, served with onion rings and lemon, or used in preparing a chicken tikka masala.  KEBAB: Kebab is a wide variety of skewered meals originating in the Middle East and later on adopted in Iran, Turkey, Azerbaijan, Balkans, Spain, as well as Central and South Asia, that are now found worldwide. In English, kebab with no qualification generally refers more specifically to shish kebab served on the skewer. In the Middle East, however, kebab refers to meat that is cooked over or next to flames; large or small cuts of meat, or even ground meat; it may be served on plates, in sandwiches, or in bowls. FISH FINGERS: Fish fingers, known as fish sticks in North America and by translations of that name in most other languages, are a processed food made using a whitefish, such as cod, haddock or pollock, which has been battered or breaded.They are commonly available in the frozen food section of supermarkets, and on children's menus in family-oriented restaurants. They can be baked in the oven, grilled, shallow fried, or deep-fried.  CHICKEN LOLIPOPS: Chicken lollipop is an hors d'œuvre that is made from the middle (and sometimes inner) segments of chicken wings. The middle segment has one of the two bones removed, and the flesh on the segments is pushed to one end of the bone. These are then coated in a spicy red batter and deep fried. It is also a popular item in Indian Chinese cuisine, served with Szechuan sauce. CHICKEN TANDOORI: Tandoori chicken or (Roasted Chicken) is a popular Bangladeshi, Indian and Pakistani dish consisting of roasted chicken prepared with yogurt and spices. The name comes from the type of cylindrical clay oven, a tandoor, in which the dish is traditionally prepared. SEEKH KEBAB: a dish consisting of small pieces of meat, tomatoes, onions, etc., threaded onto skewers and grilled, generally over charcoal Also called shish kebab kabob cabob CHICKEN KASHMIRI: Boneless, skinless chicken breast sautéed with fresh tomatoes, onions, and green peas in a mild curry sauce and mango flavor. CHICKEN SUPREME: the term supreme (or suprême) is used to describe a breast of chicken with the wing bone attached, generally referred to as Chicken Supreme (in French: suprême de volaille). The same cut is used for duck (suprême de canard), and other birds.
