Talvinder is the non-mainstream guy.

A born entrepreneur, he has been rejecting the status quo since the recorded history of his life.He self-taught himself to get into IIT Bombay from a very small place where it was outrageous to even dream of IIT. Following his passion for choreography, launched a dance club with only 5 people in the 1st year, making it the biggest club in campus within 2 years. Led teams to win national TV competitions and has rejected movie offers. As a student, he founded a successful design studio and made graphic designing mainstream in IIT. Straight out of college he was hired as CTO of IITians PACE & in reward of his entrepreneurial outlook was quickly promoted to CEO of a separate arm dealing with digital education. He has a deep understanding of everything web & tech and has the sixth sense of being ahead of the curve. In his free time, he enjoys traveling, producing music, poetry and reading.

He is an engineering and management graduate with over 8 years of strong experience in operations and business development. He can sell ice to an Eskimo. He has had a previous stint with entrepreneurship as the Co-founder and director of Websoft, an enterprise in customized software solutions and ERP. He has worked across multiple verticals, software, media, education and hardware with biggest names in the country. He is a die-hard patriotic, all the way down to his caller tune. In his free time, he loves traveling and theatre.
