We emphasise on proper and authentic cooking and stick mainly to dishes you can replicate at your home. Our studio is well equipped with professional appliances but at the same time they have a balance of home cooking appliances so as to enable you to get the same result at home. Our commitment is to quality and to teach you the colours and flavours of every cuisine and one which you can easily incorporate in your daily cooking as well. We have demonstration cooking as well as hands on classes in various cuisines.This course is very intense as we only take small groups as each student learns individually and handles their own work. Our classes are fun with small groups of 6-8, maximum up to 10 students and very interactive for which our prestige students will vouch for. You can put together your own group or join any of the scheduled classes.Each class covers an integrated menu that you can prepare at home or for your guests and receive rave reviews and compliments.After taking you through the cooking class, we serve you the dishes prepared and we leave you to savour each dish that you have been an integral part of. We provide you with printed recipes and aprons. Course materials are also either provided or told to be bought from particular stores. This course keeps in mind the climatic condition and availability of ingredients or material in Mumbai.
